How long does dispatch take??

If you place your order by 3pm Monday to Friday, your order will be processed on the next day. If you order after 3pm, please add on an extra day for processing. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Generally, your order will be dispatched all in one parcel, however if your order is very heavy, it may be split into multiple parcels.

Please note, on very busy occasions, your order can take an extra 1-2 working days to be dispatched. However, if you require your order urgently, please select the "Express" shipping at checkout to guarantee next day dispatch.

 

 

Can I cancel my order before it is sent?

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please let us know as soon as possible. In the case of refunds before an order has been sent out, we are there is a small non-refundable payment processing fee charged by the payment providers; Worldpay & PayPal. This is not a fee charged by us and amounts to around 0.01% of the final total. Alternatively, if you would like to swap your products and pay the same or more, there is no processing fee charged.             

 

 

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet and you realise the address is wrong, please contact us so we can amend this for you. Please double check that the delivery address is correct before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, we will need to re-charge for delivery if an order is returned to us by the postal service due to incorrect address details or non-collection from sorting office. 😔

 

 

Can I send the parcel as a gift?

We are more than happy to do that! Please ensure you have entered in the correct delivery address. Your billing address will be different to the shipping address. Please make a comment in the notes section of your order if you would like us not to leave the receipt in the package.

 

 

Personalisation

We do offer personalisation, however, there is a character limit and limited font options. Please note we cannot expect returns on any personalised goods. Please make sure you check spellings are correct, as it will be your responsibility to ensure your personalisation is correct. What happens if I’m not around?

If you’re out when your order arrives, the delivery person will either leave it with a neighbour or post a slip giving you instructions on how to re-arrange delivery (or collect it from your local sorting office for Royal Mail UK deliveries).

 

 

UK DELIVERY 📦

Most UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class post, but we use courier services for parcels that are oversized or very heavy. Deliveries usually arrive within the times stated but are not guaranteed.

 WORLDWIDE DELIVERY 🌎

We currently, do not ship worldwide. However, if you would like our product and you are outside the UK, please Contact us directly and we can provide you with our shipping quote. Please note, taxes are your responsibility to pay. Returns will also be your responsibility and paid by you. Although we are very confident you will never need to return any product we produce.
