Who are T's Fried Scoop?
T's Fried Scoop is a dessert shop solely focusing on fried ice cream. Natasha and her partner (Hi everyone!) saw a gap in the dessert market in the UK. Desserts everywhere were overly coated with toppings and offered the same thing with different "twists." They wanted to do something outrageous and bring fried ice cream to the UK. And, so we did!
Why fried ice cream?
Fried ice cream is a simple yet amazing and tasty dessert. It combines the two juxtapositions of hot and cold in one delightful treat. The founders (Hello again!) believe that by focusing on one good dessert, they can always maintain consistency. Therefore, from day one, we have set out the ambiiton, to always remain consistant, put qaulity at the forefront and always be as cute as possible!
What makes T's Fried Scoop unique?
T's Fried Scoop stands out from other dessert shops in the UK because of its dedication to fried ice cream. While other places offer a variety of desserts, T's Fried Scoop specialises in perfecting the art of fried ice cream. This specialisation allows them to experiment with different flavours and toppings, creating a unique and unforgettable experience for their customers.
Where did this idea come from?
Fried ice cream is not a cultural thing. Mexico, China, India, Mexico, USA and other countries all have their own variation. We replicated them, liked the concept, but did not agree with the textures. We created our own version with the our own choices of coatings (still keeping the traditional breadcurmbs as an option).
Endless possibilities
At T's Fried Scoop, the founders are constantly pushing the boundaries of what can be done with fried ice cream. From classic flavours like vanilla and chocolate to more adventurous options like matcha and black coconut, there is something for everyone. The variety of coatings, sauces, and toppings available ensures that each visit to T's Fried Scoop is a new and exciting experience.
Why have you only got 1 store (In Camden)
It's not easy. We are two people running EVERYTHING. making the stock, emboridering the clothes, marketing, doing this newsletter, servivng you at our shop and much more! Right now, we are not ready to bloom, we are just starting to root outselvles in the ground. So, be patient with us and we really do value the support! It means a lot, you have no idea!
What's Next?
Well... We don't know yet. We love our characters and ice cream, so we want to give you clothing, accessories, items with our characters. We don't like calling it "merch" because we want it to become part of your daily life; the clothes and the fried ice cream!
